A good and decent meeting platform that stores recordings of meetings
We use Zoho Meeting for booking meetings and demo calls for product review updates The most valuable feature of Zoho Meeting is how it stores recordings and how we can get those recordings by order. It may be a network issue, but sometimes the video gets blurred when we are on a Zoho Meeting…

Utilizing versatile features for efficient personal and work meetings
Zoom offers a number of interesting and valuable features. One of the most interesting is the ability to share only audio and provide ambient music without sharing a screen. The breakout room feature is much more developed than other solutions, allowing users to stay in the same meeting and move to different rooms and back to the main room. The sharing features are great for projecting people who should be in focus. Another valuable feature is the virtual entrance, which uses a username and password recognized by the Zoom system, showing the person's full name and ID. Additionally, the use of video and a good fixed background improves visibility compared to other applications. These features differentiate Zoom from others.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature of Zoho Meeting is how it stores recordings and how we can get those recordings by order."
"I like the tool's video call feature."
"The API is much more flexible than other platforms."
"One of the most valuable features of Zoho Meeting is how user-friendly it is. It also has some security features."
"The high capacity means that you can have a lot of people in the same meeting. I once attended a meeting with approximately 400 people."
"Zoom has a variety of functions, including setting up virtual offices and virtual office hours. It's a stable and scalable platform with good chat support."
"I rate Zoom ten out of ten."
"There is a free version of the solution."
"The standout feature of Zoom is its excellent connectivity, offering high-quality audio and video. Additionally, its familiarity stems from being an early adopter in the field of online communication during the onset of epidemics. Previously, I had used a different system for video conferences in another company, which primarily relied on room-based conferences rather than peer-to-peer video conferencing. However, with the need to communicate directly with peers, Zoom emerged as the first and preferred choice for me. Overall, I consider it the top option and the primary tool I use. Additionally, the solution has all the functionality I need."
"I would rate Zoom nine out of 10 on a scale from one to ten."
"The most valuable features of Zoom are simplicity and reliability."
"The setup is rather simple and straightforward."

Cons

"They do not have phone support."
"I would like to see a chat feature in the solution."
"It may be a network issue, but sometimes the video gets blurred when we are on a Zoho Meeting video call."
"Maybe the price could be lowered, but people will want a lower price forever."
"The solution can improve by having the option to be able to lock the primary speaker on high definition the entire time. Additionally, it would be a benefit to have easy Zoom room-like features for individuals using lightboards. There should be quick invitations and integration with Slack and Outlook."
"The chat functionality that is included is always in plain text, and you cannot change fonts by making them bold or italic. It's a very plain and basic chat."
"There are occasional latency, sound and audio quality difficulties."
"In the next release, I would like to see an easily accessible bandwidth feature so that you can see how much data you've used on a particular call."
"Sometimes when I try to share my screen in a conference room, I have to click the share button more than once. This happens around fifty percent of the time."
"The solution needs to have a feature that allows you to take over another person's screen. right now, that's not possible. This is important for our purposes due to the act that we are often using the solution to troubleshoot issues for our clients. If we could just take over their screen and go in and fix issues, it would make troubleshooting infinitely easier."
"The user interface is old-fashioned, especially when there are many participants and a lot of tiles appear."
"Zoom security could be improved."

"As an organization, we are paying a license fee for Zoom. Personally, I use the free version."
"Zoom is licensed as a subscription model and it is available on a monthly or yearly basis."
