We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like the product's scalability and stability.""Forcepoint Secure Web Gateway has improved our organization through its ease of use.""The GUI is quite nice.""It’s pretty stable after you get up and running.""The initial setup is not complex.""Real-time analytics.""Most valuable features are content filtering and monitoring.""Reporting and automatic updates of website categorization."

"Scalefusion is easy to use, and they have a broad knowledge base, so you can quickly find answers if you're unsure how to do something. The articles on the knowledge base are well-written, with clear steps on what to do for a specific scenario. That part is well documented."

Cons
"The reporting must be improved.""It takes 20 to 30 minutes for policy replication.""Overall the software is occupying too much memory space. If they could remedy that, it would be a better experience, because today Windows is occupying too much memory space as well (in terms of the RAM), and this software has also started occupying all the memory. Due to this, I have less space for my other office products and data. I can't, for example, operate a huge Excel sheet or other datasets.""Security of browsing.""Ease of use could be improved.""Managing the endpoint for both DLP and web security should be simplified.""The documentation is almost too much, it could be laid out in an easier to understand.""A room for improvement in Forcepoint Secure Web Gateway is the support it offers. It's very bad. What I'd like to see in the next release of the product is for it to be less complicated because at the moment Forcepoint Secure Web Gateway is more complicated than other products. Sometimes issues come up that you can't solve without the support team. For example, you should write the root password to fix the issue. In the next release of the product, it would be good if it had an easy-to-use interface. Troubleshooting issues in Forcepoint Secure Web Gateway should be less complicated as well."

"It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button. Currently, we have to sift through different groups to block a device. It would be nice if Scalefusion allowed me to block without moving the device to a different profile. Another helpful feature they could add is the ability to migrate from one MDM to another. I'd also appreciate more extensive cloud storage. They give you 1 GB by default, but sometimes that's not enough."
