Best suitable for small to medium companies and offers excellent technical support and training
The dashboard and reporting features of escala CRM have been beneficial because they are straightforward to use. Unlike other tools that try to do too much, escala focuses on simplicity, making it easier to train employees and adapt to our market needs. This simplicity is crucial for us, as extensive training can be expensive and time-consuming. The integration of Escala CRM with other tools is very good, particularly due to its use of APIs. Integrating with other applications is straightforward and standard practice, making it easy to connect with different tools as needed. Whether I would recommend escala CRM to others depends on the specific needs of the customer. If they require more than just CRM functionality, such as digital marketing capabilities, escala may not be a good fit. However, if they primarily need CRM features, it is worth considering based on its focus on small and medium-sized companies, excellent support, and training. Overall, I would rate escala CRM as a nine out of ten.

User-friendly interface simplifies project management but it requires stable connectivity

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature of Escala CRM is its excellent training and support."
"I have found the automation very useful for reminders."
"The tool's most valuable feature is its intuitive interface, which allows project managers to create comprehensive project roadmaps. This interface lets us list tasks and allocate them to team members, tracking who works on which task and when. We utilize it for project management from the initial phase."
"The handling and administration of Monday.com are manageable even for beginners."
"The analytics view is very powerful with Gantt charts and multiple chart visualizations."
"The style and format are user-friendly, making it practical for our needs despite some network issues."
"Being able to duplicate boards from sitting to sitting and also being able to upload .csv files for tasks is great."
"Integrations such as the one for Slack have helped us receive updates on tasks immediately as they occur by other team members."
"There are many incredible features, however, the ability to tag each other in comments, mark out progress, and get alerts through the app keeps us moving forward."

Cons

"It might not be suitable for larger enterprises."
"The product can be improved by adjusting some of the ways in which the "boards" work."
"More customizations for automation would be useful."
"The solution shouldn't let the system directly pull out Outlook (the Windows default mail system) whenever we click on an email address."
"It would be helpful if I could integrate Google Docs with Monday somehow."
"We'd love the ability to be able to build and export reports based on multiple boards."
"It would be beneficial to have the ability to toggle between the traditional Monday.com pulse view and a monthly calendar view."
"I would enjoy my own personal board on Monday that only I can see."
"Coordination with different social media platforms would be a convenient feature."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The solution is quite inexpensive. For example, we pay $8,500 for 75 users. It's somewhere around $100 a user, approximately."
"The pricing of monday.com is worth it."
"The enterprise plan looks expensive because we don't understand the value as monday.com users. The pro level and other packages seem reasonable."
"It's quite expensive when it goes to the enterprise license. Other tools like Jira cost 5 a month, and then their enterprise license is 38 a month, which is quite expensive for what we can do. It's £500 for a tool on a large enterprise. I'd have hoped that enterprise costs go down, not up. The pro license is £14, and then everything else is much more expensive, which is another barrier for us to adopt because other comparable tools are much more affordable when you have such a high multiplier as well."
"I think monday.com's paywalls are a little too high. Some basic features are locked behind the premium subscription. Some applications they offer within their subscription model are locked in an expensive package. These applications provide functionality that would benefit small teams, but it's too much money for a startup or a small business."
"I am using its free version."
"The product is not expensive."
"There are features that they're putting in the Enterprise plan that you have to pay for the Enterprise plan to use those features. The Enterprise plan is probably double or triple the Pro plan price, or it may be two and a half times. From a business standpoint, I don't like the fact that I have to pay two and a half times more to use a particular feature."
