Regarding integration with various development tools, I can provide examples, and I am using customizable dashboards in OpenText ALM _ Quality Center, which definitely help identify project bottlenecks. As for the scalability of OpenText ALM _ Quality Center, there are limitations, particularly in agile methodologies, which is currently my main concern.

"The power of Hiptest is its test cases and campaign management."
"Defects and Test management were earlier conducted with the help of Excel sheets, and now they are tracked in the Quality Center leading to accountability, dashboards, and being tracked in a single place."
"Micro Focus ALM Quality Center is a very good test management tool especially for writing test cases and uploading, as you can even upload the test cycles from Excel, get the defects and the reports, and also some automation using EFT which works with ALM."
"Having the links maintained within the tool is a huge boon to reporting requirements, tests, and defects."
"Within Quality Center, you have the dashboard where you can monitor your progress over different entities. You can build your own SQL query segments, and all that data is there in the system, then you can make a dashboard report."
"I love to use this solution with single projects. It has helped our productivity. With the metrics that I receive, I can put them onto the management model so I can see them there. It has reduced our time for project management and controls by 20 percent."
"It's helped in formalizing and adding structure to what was up to that point in time a series of checklists that were not version controlled."
"It provides the entire test management suite, right from the initial phase of testing till the delivery."
"The most valuable feature is the Quality Center itself; it's a test management tool, so it enables us to manage and track tests, record the effects, and give us full traceability throughout the testing process."

Cons

"Another kind of deployment might be useful, perhaps an option to install the tool in a local deployment."
"Copy-pasting something directly from JIRA requires too much modification and formatting."
"It needs some improvement when exporting scenarios into automation code, to make it easier to manage the repeatable action words and tests."
"The reporting needs to be improved."

"CucumberStudio's API integration could be improved both in terms of reliability and design."
"The defect module, while fundamental and more or less consistent over numerous versions, is an area we would like to see improved regarding how response time is measured in the standard application."
"It's doing what it should do, but it's a little bit costly. I would like to see some kind of testing analytics."
"The UI is terrible in the sense that we actually use automation scripts to avoid being in the UI, which is just fascinating, and then the data model."
"I'm looking at more towards something more from a DevOps perspective. For example, how to pull the DevOps ecosystem into the Micro Focus ALM."
"It is not a scalable solution."
"We operate in Sweden, and there are not so many Swedish people that know the product."
"There's room for improvement in the requirements traceability with Micro Focus ALM Quality Center. That could use an uplift."
