Cloud security has improved remote access and has reduced costs for smaller client sites
I have used Cloudflare One's Identity-Aware Proxy, and it is quite straightforward from what I have seen so far. The app registration on the Azure side integrates fully into Cloudflare, and I am very satisfied with that part because it is easy to set up. The integration of Cloudflare One's Secure Web Gateway and Zero Trust Network Access works without any issues. That part is pretty automatic, and if you complete the rest of the setup, it comes together by itself with no issues from my side. What makes it nice is that we can actually start replacing on-site firewalls at this stage for the smaller clients because it does not matter if they go to a coffee shop or work from home; they are still secured by the same connection. The hops get shorter and you get better latency. We have done testing to see if it is better. One thing that we did notice with our proof of concept with our current client is that they have people connecting from the UK. When they used their previous VPN solution, uploading CAD drawings and other files to the server took a long time. They mentioned that it is much quicker on Cloudflare One's solution. I definitely believe that is part of the improved performance, and I am satisfied with that as well. What is nice about Cloudflare One is that it makes the setup easier and also easier to train technicians to maintain it. Compared to legacy systems, we do not need to get fancy firewalls in place that are costly. That is definitely also a cost-saver with Cloudflare One.

Email protection has stopped phishing and secured cloud collaboration across all devices
Deployment is very easy since it is API based and does not require any harsh configuration. The DMARC management and DMARC forensic is the best feature. Their security engine provides everything such as DLP and encryption. Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration provides almost 100% security for phishing emails. Their DMARC management is very standard compared with any other brand or any other email security provider. The best thing is that on a single tenant I can manage multiple services such as Harmony Endpoint, Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration, Harmony Browser, mobile security, EDR, XDR, which is endpoint security, and SaaS. All of these services have a single dashboard. When giving security to email, in Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration, I do not need to change any MX record or any DNS entry changes. I simply add one text record for DMARC and no changes are needed in the MX record of that particular domain. This is very easy because Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration is in the tenant of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace only. Check Point works on zero trust network technology. They are not only giving a feature of artificial intelligence but also machine learning summary. Machine learning summary is also given when they catch any kind of incidents such as phishing attacks, malware attacks, and ransomware attacks. They always provide real-time alerts for that. Real-time URL analysis is provided for phishing links and all these things. It gives 100% output for that and shows the source from where the malicious URL comes from. Additionally, they always provide threat emulation. This means the simulation of what danger happens when I click that particular URL is also provided in their report. It gives 100% protection to all BYOD devices. For example, one single Microsoft 365 account can be configured on different five devices. Many companies give email access to their employees on their mobile as well. In that case, if any malicious file is on the mobile and the employee would like to save it on OneDrive, due to this security, the user and administrator will get a real-time alert that this file is malicious and cannot be uploaded to OneDrive. This not only saves money but also saves time and prevents the organization from such cyber attacks.

Has consistently supported security needs for mid-sized teams with affordable deployment
I do not work with Cloud Secure Edge, CSE, or SMA apart from SonicWall NSA. I am not satisfied with phishing protection, as it falls completely under the email domain security. The customizable policy configuration does not help to tailor email security overall because our systems are not integrated with SonicWall Email Security. We are not using reporting and analytics because it requires completely different software. While all required features are available in SonicWall Email Security for SMBs and startups, we lack analytics features. They provide an option to purchase a complete separate product for analytics, but despite initially having purchased the paper license, due to technical limitations or changes, we cannot use that product. Now they require additional fees to access the analytics feature.

"Clover is the best product globally."
"Enables me to work from two locations."
"Cloudflare Access is part of the Zero Trust philosophy."
"Cloudflare is simple to use."
"To provide the security coverage to the new email service, we chose the Check Point CloudGuard SaaS solution, which now serves as the main protection mechanism for about 500 users and up to 10,000 emails per day, and there are no problems with the scalability for future growth."
"For Threat Prevention, I was impressed with this feature and the solution's effectiveness. It has been very good."
"It fully protects colleagues from visiting insecure sites and browsing in unhealthy environments."
"We can say that with Check Point Cloud Guard SaaS, we have improved our security to the next level."
"As Check Point is a leading technology in the industry, it provides maximum protection against email phishing attacks and provides the identity of users and visibility over shadow IT applications."
"Check Point is very good for threat protection, which is our customers' primary concern."
"It seems quite scalable. We don't anticipate any scaling issues. We have it deployed in the cloud."
"One of the best features is the analysis and emulation carried out with each file attached to the emails, which makes each of the deliveries we make via email more secure."
"According to our customers, the product's most valuable feature is the ability to detect spam and reduce phishing emails."
"This solution provides very good email security that protects us against spamming and malware."
"This solution has been really good for us and I recommend using it."
"The pricing for SonicWall Email Security is reasonable and budget-friendly."
"SonicWall Email Security uses multi-layer cloud security."
"SonicWall Email Security has benefited the company by preventing attacks, protecting us from threats such as ransomware and phishing, and notifying the IT team when phishing emails have been blocked."
"The most valuable feature is that it protects from spam."
"The product is easy to manage in terms of configurations."

Cons

"Feedback could be enhanced."
"Operating and tuning the product is difficult."
"The pricing is an area that can be improved. Pricing, as far as I recall, was the source of our problems."
"From a logging perspective, it is still a bit difficult to see exactly what users are being blocked with the current views."
"The tool should provide on-premise versions. Currently, all versions are cloud-based."
"The software has automated alerts, but the automated alerts are not available in the mobile app."
"Cloudflare DDoS has poor technical support."
"The initial onboarding was causing us some confusion."
"Currently, Check Point HEC supports only Microsoft Office 365 and Google Sheets. In today's world, some clients are using old email service provider solutions, so it would be better if HEC also provides support for third-party email service solutions, such as IBM HCL Notes, creating more opportunities."
"Other vendor support teams go after fixing the issue the moment that they join the remote session. The problem that I have faced with Check Point support is that they share the case number with me, then it takes at least two days for them to join a remote session with us, even though we have asked for this timeframe to change. Even though we have already explained the problems that we are facing or the business pain points in our network on the call or email, we have to repeat the problem statements again in the console. It can take four or five days to resolve the issue from the moment they understand the problem. This includes the time to teach their R&D or internal team whatever the issue is. I have faced timeframes as long as seven to 10 days for fixing some issues."
"While Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration offers useful analytics, there is potential for improvement in providing deeper insights."
"Cloud Guard would be a complete solution if Check Point added a comprehensive data loss solution that included capabilities such as bulk data transfer detection."
"We have only encountered some false positives that required us to whitelist certain third-party domains, mostly due to their poor email configuration preventing DMARC or SPF alerts."
"I would rate the customer support a four, maximum, because I have had to reach out to them, and it wasn't great. I ended up with a technician that didn't actually know how to resolve the issue and was just doing basic level one troubleshooting, so it was very time-consuming to work with them."
"Check Point has to continue refining the intelligence engine to minimize the number of false positives."
"We still get some false positives. There are times when legitimate stuff gets flagged and it could be that somebody is expecting a very important email but they don't end up getting it. On the flip side, when we alert Check Point about stuff like this, it is corrected, so they are improving. That's a plus."
"There could be definition updates included in the subscription."
"Overall, this is a solution that provides good security but at a very high cost."
"I am not satisfied with phishing protection, as it falls completely under the email domain security."
"They should integrate the solution with third-party platforms."
"SonicWall Email Security is scalable, but the price per license is expensive."
"SonicWall Email Security could improve by making the file blocking and the release feature easier to use"
"A lot of spoofed emails are still coming to the end-user, so the configuration for this option needs to be improved."
"We would like to see more information on a dashboard about what is happening when it comes to spamming and malware."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The prices are slightly expensive."
"Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform's pricing is good."
"My company has to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs attached to the solution. There are no hidden charges apart from the licensing costs of the solution."
"The solution is not that expensive."
"The price tag is no longer $200,000, but rather $300,000 to $400,000. It's twice."
"The pricing of the solution is cheap. The licensing cost is also very low. I rate the cost and pricing a three out of ten."
"The solution's pricing lacks transparency."
"The pricing is somewhere in the middle. I would rate the pricing a seven out of ten."
"There are absolutely no additional costs to the standard licensing fees. One of the wonderful pieces is that CloudGuard SaaS is all-inclusive in its licensing. There's no a-la-carte functionality. You're getting 100 percent of the product for the licensing that you're paying."
"The pricing is in the middle. Check Point's pricing is not the highest in the competitive market."
"I'm in this business as a system integrator, so I need to suggest Check Point to some customers who are comparing products. I sell Check Point, Fortinet, and Palo Alto solutions. In terms of licensing, this solution is quite competitive but very costly. For someone looking at security as a primary concern, they should only invest in Check Point. For a customer who is looking at security combined with pricing, Check Point might not be the core solution for them. In today's market, customers are looking for effective security with efficient pricing, and Check Point is not suitable for these types of customers."
"One of the nice features is that the licensing model is elastic, so if you go over your license count, you can add users during your billing cycle and true-up later."
"The difference between [Check Point and its competitors] boiled down to money. Price-wise, Check Point was very good, it was very competitive."
"The product is expensive."
"Do a full feature evaluation (interactive) with a support person. That is what I did."
"The product is expensive compared to some competitors, especially for the SME segment."
"The overall price of SonicWall Email Security should be reduced and there should be an option to purchase one or two licenses more instead of their current policy of bulk increases only. There should be more flexibility in the licensing model. Each license cost approximately $33 annually."
"Our customers purchase the solution's yearly license."
"The cost is cheaper than Sophos. I would rate it as five out of ten."
"I rate the application’s pricing a five out of ten."
"When compared with Cisco, it is very well priced. Cisco is very expensive."
"The platform offers a yearly license."
"We have a two-year license subscription and the price is very high."
