Centralized visual workflows have boosted automation and brand control but still need better dev tooling
While Canva Enterprise is a powerhouse, there are specific areas where it could be improved. Currently, Canva provides an Open API specification, but it does not maintain official first-party client libraries for languages like Java or Python. Developers have to use tools like Open API generator to create their own clients. This adds overhead in managing dependencies and ensuring the generated code handles Canva's specific authentication. Canva could release a first-party Java SDK with better support for Maven and Gradle, including built-in retry logic. Another area for improvement is versioning. For developers, versioning usually means a clear history of changes. However, Canva has basic version history that is linear and lacks the branching and merging logic needed for complex projects. Design as Code features could be implemented where templates could be exported as JSON and modified in an integrated development environment. This would allow developers to manage design templates in the same continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline as their application code. Additionally, Canva currently provides notifications when a design is exported. However, developers need more granular triggers such as comment added, approval rejected, or brand kit element updated. Canva could expand the webhook suite to cover every administrative and creative action, which would allow much tighter integrations with Jira, Slack, or custom internal dashboards.

Seamless integration boosts workflow through custom connectivity
The main advantage is its ease of use, and it comes with multiple connectors that can be used to integrate several other systems. The most important feature for us is the ability to plan workflows and integrate other systems manually, even without native connectivity. This is significant because we have connected our internal systems to HubSpot Sales Hub using the API. Another valuable feature is the email tracking module. Once a person is tracked, it adds all the metadata into the platform for later audit or progress tracing of the email. The custom reporting functionality is very helpful. We have been using custom reporting with HubSpot Sales Hub to get periodic reports and see the progress of certain projects. It helps us plan our sales strategy by tracking variables based on project size or site projects. We can link these projects to data and components, which helps us strategically plan based on the reports. The associated lists feature is new, though it has certain limitations when exporting data. HubSpot Sales Hub provides 95% flexibility in terms of allowing us to export, transform data, and bring it back. However, there are some limitations with the associated list feature and the API in terms of flexibility.

"Canva Enterprise has positively impacted my organization; this is the most experienced application I have ever been on, and they have been developing it according to developers' needs, so it is very great in that sense."
"My team used to spend two hours creating a marketing asset, and after we started using Canva Enterprise templates, that reduced to 20 minutes, which is an 80 percent reduction in creation time."
"Canva Enterprise has positively impacted our organization by allowing us to easily create graphics, images, and documents, improving team collaboration and dropping our design costs, which are specific outcomes we have noticed."
"The solution makes it easy for you to log in and manage your pipeline. So pipeline management is very easy and simple."
"The solution has improved our workflow by providing a centralized solution. It is a one-stop solution that allows us to analyze the sales pipeline and plan activities for specific customers, giving us insights into our approach to prospects. The key improvements include the ability to cross-sell capabilities and identify conversion influencing factors, which we can use to convert customers."
"I like the tool's flexibility. It allows us to customize our sales cycle approach. However, this flexibility can be challenging, as there are many options to consider."
"The ability to make calls from the system free of charge is valuable."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is the tracking of customer interaction and client introduction."
"We use the tool for email automation and responses. It helps with sales nurturing, and we have integrated it with Factors.ai. The biggest pro is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. I can easily access the information I need. Another strong point is the customer education they provide. There are numerous resources available to help understand how to use it. HubSpot Sales Hub does a great job with automation and structuring sales processes."
"HubSpot Sales Hub is useful for managing workflows."
"The customer service and support are very good because every time I need something, they reply immediately even in the free version."

Cons

"Currently, Canva provides an Open API specification, but it does not maintain official first-party client libraries for languages like Java or Python."
"The video editing prompt, the artificial intelligence prompt that Canva has provided, is a feature that I think could be improved, especially regarding text-to-video generation, which I am looking forward to."
"Canva Enterprise currently has limited features and is not as powerful as Photoshop or Illustrator."
"I think Canva Enterprise can be improved because currently, it is not as powerful as other tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator."
"There are many features that are available only in the pro version or are restricted to advanced plan features, which can be costly."
"Canva Enterprise is heavy software."
"Like some other tools, Canva should introduce an AI writing assistant tool on their platform."
"For advanced, complex designs that need to be created, Canva Enterprise is not capable of handling them, which is something that needs to be improved."
"There are a lot of areas in HubSpot Sales Hub that can improve. It is lacking some direct automation. There are a lot of challenges that we have during the integration. To solve this problem, we are using other third-party tools. They could improve on direct automation."
"HubSpot Sales Hub could be improved by being more affordable in other countries because it is a very potential software, but it is not much accessible for other players in the market."
"The tool should get better at catching leads. Currently, it works better on catching inbound leads. Whenever a person signs up on the website, HubSpot catches the lead and creates an account. However, it is not 100 percent accurate."
"The tool doesn't effectively summarize conversations and note-taking features. The solution needs to include predictive analytic capabilities. There is room for improvement in post-call functionalities. After a sales call, more can be done, such as providing detailed insights and better note-taking capabilities. An AI-enabled sales assistant feature would also be beneficial."
"The tool should add a prospect success feature. Some intelligence should be drawn from our activities and the data we're feeding to recommend the next action. Some AI enablement will help us take the next step for a particular prospect or recommend solutions to help with prospect conversion from an out-of-the-box perspective."
"There have been many instances where we later identified certain customers that should have been on our target list yet were not."
"It would be good if there were sort of more templated processes offered by the tool since this is an area where the product has shortcomings."
"I think AI-driven features would be great. For example, if it could make recommendations and suggestions for each user, like when to reply or what to say, that would be a great asset in a CRM. This could help sales reps close deals faster, which is crucial."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The solution is very affordable from the perspective of the features."
"HubSpot Sales Hub is priced reasonably. There are other solutions available that are affordable as compared to HubSpot Sales Hub. They are one of the market leaders, the price tag is good at this point."
"The tool's licensing depends on factors like the number of contacts, users, and additional modules. But generally, it's feasible and accessible. A free license is also available, although it comes with limited features. Even the free license is cool to use."
"The solution is more on the cheaper side, but not the cheapest. I'd say it's somewhere in the middle. There are cheaper options like Zoho that provide many features at a lower price, but they're not as expensive as Salesforce or SAP."
"From a pricing point of view, it was 1,000 dollars per month. The solution was worth the money paid for it."
"I rate the product price as seven on a scale of one to ten, where ten is the most expensive, and one is the least expensive."
"I rate the product's pricing a five out of ten. It becomes expensive when you add more features and users."
"The tool's licensing offers value."
