The best features that Calendly offers, in my opinion, would be the actual calendar itself and the usability. It's very user-friendly. You literally click on the mouse and you'll see the time slots drop and just schedule a time to meet on a specific date. What makes the calendar and usability stand out for me compared to other tools is that the interface is just legible. It's in bold print and easy to read. Calendly has positively impacted my organization by ensuring that most of the scheduled appointments are clear to understand, and they usually keep the appointments. The retention rate is high. It has reduced the no-shows.
