I mainly use Calendly for scheduling appointments, specifically for conference calls. In a typical scenario where I set up a call using Calendly, I usually look at a particular company's calendar, which is what Calendly is set up for. It's their software. I just pick a date and a time and add in a note if I feel that I need to add extra information about the scheduled conference.
