A simple and lightweight college course automation system with third-party integrations
The initial setup is straightforward and can be completed with the environment within an hour. First, take the latest from the git repository and check the git code to the monitor studio and a bar file, a deployable Bonita archive file. Then, take that process to the Bonita server, running at runtime on another server. Finally, deploy and enable it by selecting the proper organization.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Bonita is simple and lightweight and is flexible to integrate with third-party systems. The UI is now flexible, whereas it was previously rigid. Any technology can be used as a frontend, including ReactJS, Angular, and others."
"Bonitasoft helped us automate complicated and labor intensive processes"
"Compared to other products on the market, Bonita presents a pretty acceptable level of robustness."
"Bonita is user-friendly, and the features are useful."
"Development of forms and flows."
"It is more than helpful, it is worth the effort of learning to better our company."
"With Bonita BPM, you can run the process (as it will in the final stage) immediately after the design stage, giving you 100% control over the quality of your processes and flows."
"Its user-friendliness, along with the availability of comprehensive and clear documentation on the website is the most valuable."
"Enterprise architecture and a positive sense of understanding soon reached everyone."
"It is stable and easy to use."
"I like the solution's traceability."

Cons

"The community edition has limited module functionality."
"The menus likely would be more intuitive if read in French. Things seem to be under strange headings at times."
"The dashboard has limited features."
"That said, creating custom connectors for 3rd party applications and APIs is still a challenging task."
"The initial setup is not easy compared to other products."
"There could be an improvement in IoT connectivity."
"Installation could be made easier. I would like to see more automated processes."
"The interface is advanced and quite good, but it could improve."
"The solution is not easy and intuitive to use. I would also like the software to have a reference metamodel that can guide the modeling."
"In the previous version, the web interface was unstable."
"I was not so satisfied with arrows in this program."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Price to service ratio with Bonita BPM is good."
"I believe this is a very good financial choice."
"Licensing cost for the Enterprise edition comes out to be around 40,000 a year. There is also a Community edition, which is free. Some customers can go for the Community edition, but some of them require the Enterprise edition. Big companies go for the Enterprise edition, which comes with a lot of additional features such as a mobile app."
"The price is fair for what we are using the solution for."
"The Enterprise edition is very expensive."
"The Community Edition comes free of charge."
"have installed the image of Bonita BPM on Amazon AWS and there is just one option to use and pay for."
"We are using the Community Version, which can be used free of charge."
"I would rate the solution's pricing an eight out of ten since it's pretty expensive."
