One-click installation, no setup time, excellent support
I give the solution a nine out of ten. We don't use the solution for any other tech stack. For example, we have a Node.js application, we use Linode for now. But if we have WordPress websites, we use Bluehost or Namecheap. Our organization has ten to twelve developers using the solution. The solution is used occasionally in our organization. If you want to install a new website, or you have to make changes or explore files, not on a daily basis. We currently have no plans to increase usage but it all depends on our client's requirements. Comparatively, Bluehost is more expensive than Namecheap and in regards to speed, they are both hosted outside of my region and seem to be the same. I would recommend the solution because it's easy to use and has a one-click installation, and the technical support team is very good at solving your problems.

A serverless solution with good performance
Due to RBI guidelines, we're facing issues with billing in India. Credit card payments often get declined even when we try to pay from the backend. Another problem is paying 20 dollars for each new project, even under one account. This seems odd since we already pay for one project with multiple hosts. The tool should improve its support. The time zone difference causes delays in communication, which can significantly impact production websites and servers. I'd rate the platform itself higher, but they still need improvements. They need to work on their billing system and create more understandable plans that clearly show costs based on bandwidth usage. A major challenge we faced was an unexpectedly high bill of 25 lakhs for one month when we usually pay only one or two lakhs (100,000-200,000 rupees). While they showed the bandwidth usage, we lacked support on optimising or implementing changes to reduce costs.
