Integrated profiles increase centralization and streamline donor management
We were using it for managing our donor database The solution provided an integrated profile, which was helpful for having everything together available in one place. One area of improvement is the UI and UX, which could be more upgraded. It looks a little dated compared to modern UI and UX, and…

Has enabled seamless integration across platforms while supporting advanced analytics for customer insights
Microsoft Dynamics CRM doesn't provide solutions that allow you to transform easily if you have a heterogeneous mix of technologies or if your contact center is on analog and you try to digitize it. A lot of custom work is needed if you have to integrate heterogeneous technologies with the Microsoft suite, but if you are using the Microsoft suite, then it's quite seamless. Microsoft Dynamics CRM should add commercial models that allow smaller companies to use it because it can get pretty expensive. Better commercial options for smaller implementations may be helpful. There should be commercial options for smaller companies, as the overheads and costs of Dynamics can be quite high.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It was stable."
"The most valuable feature is the reporting tab."
"The Outlook calendar has been very helpful for us."
"For me, the most helpful functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are customer engagement, contact management, opportunity management, and order management. The service management features, including ticket management and handling complaints from the call center, are also very useful. One of the key benefits is the faster time to market, as it allows for quicker product delivery and better customer management. The tool also improves customer interaction through the service center, leading to better adherence to KPIs."
"The integration with the Microsoft suite, such as Office 365 and SharePoint, offers significant benefits for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as ninety percent of organizations are already on the Microsoft suite, leading to quick integration and system setup."
"The most valuable features are the integration capabilities with other third-party software. It has an easy user interface and in terms of security, it has permission-based access for different users."
"Multifeatured CRM software with good stability and scalability."
"My access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM is limited, so I can only access the feature of registering the pipeline and activities. That feature is enough for me to do the job, and is what I find most valuable in the solution."
"The solution is scalable."

Cons

"One area of improvement is the UI and UX, which could be more upgraded."
"The main issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that its GUI isn't very attractive. Overall, the solution has the same functionalities as other CRMs such as Salesforce, but Salesforce is much simpler to use. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complicated to use, and this is another area for improvement. It was also more difficult to set up the solution, so its setup could still be improved. What I'd like to see in the next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a cleaner user interface because currently, it looks messy to me. Salesforce CRM has a better, more simplified user interface that makes it easier for you to get what you need, while in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you have to put in a lot of effort to get things done."
"The solution could improve by having better integration documentation."
"Out of the box, the solution doesn't really have a desirable user experience. We have to set it up and customize it to meet our needs."
"The performance could be improved."
"Once there was an issue where our whole database was corrupted."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM could improve by being more user-friendly and having a better design."
"This CRM system needs to be more configurable. Its performance still needs improvement, because its screens hang while querying data. It's also not highly scalable, so scalability also needs improvement."
"There is room for improvement in handling nonlinear sales processes and complex quoting."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"On a scale from one to ten with one being expensive and ten being of great value, I would rate Microsoft Dynamics CRM at six on pricing."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an expensive solution."
"For the price of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you receive a lot of comprehensive functionality. Additionally, it integrates very well. We pay approximately $100 a month to use the solution and we do not have any additional costs."
"The cost could be cheaper. I would rate them 3 out of 5."
"Microsoft often encourages customers to commit to multi-year enterprise-level agreements, such as three or five-year deals with a minimum commitment of, for example, $200,000 dollars. However, in order to acquire more customers, I believe Microsoft should offer this same rate for one-year commitments for customers who want to experience it."
"The cost varies on multiple factors including customization and the number of users."
"Dynamics CRM's pricing is fair."
"Pricing for this software could be cheaper."
