Overall experience improves efficiency and lowers operational challenges
* Add native management routing (geo‑routing, failover, weighted records) directly within Azure DNS zones to reduce dependency on extra services. * Cost Efficiency: Offer bundle pricing tiers or discounts for high‑volume enterprise customers, or an option for cost‑optimized internal DNS zones. * Improved Error Diagnostics: Provide more descriptive error codes and guided troubleshooting steps in the portal or CLI.

Works without interruption, scales well, and has perfect uptime
Our website works without interruption almost until late at night, as many students have the opportunity to study in the evening. Most of all, we appreciate the stable and fast work of g-core. Uptime is always perfect. With such a volume of data as we have, failures can occur from time to time. The support solves everything in the shortest possible time. I love that the guys are constantly trying to improve the service. Our online school is expanding every year, and there are no problems that our provider can’t solve. They also have the opportunity to negotiate individual conditions for complex sites.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"From a security perspective, Microsoft is much better than other cloud providers."
"What I like about Azure DNS is that it doesn't have any issues and integrates quickly with other products. It has good integration, which is incredible. I also like that whenever you deploy private links and endpoints, Azure DNS gives you the option to select the Azure native DNS, private DNS, or go with the Azure custom DNS. It depends, but if you don't have any dependencies on the DNS, then, like many customers, you won't have DNS issues. Azure DNS is a very good solution that helps you with domains and other resources."
"If you're running your enterprise application on Azure, it's convenient to use Azure DNS. It has native integration with other Azure solutions, and Microsoft is a globally recognized DNS provider. You also get CDN services. If you're a media company that requires on-demand data streaming, your DNS plays a vital role by working with CDN services to publish your application. It's cheaper and easier to expand your solution."
"Integration with other Azure services is good."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is the simplicity of putting DBs."
"The integration with other services on Azure is valuable."
"The tool is easy to manage and use."
"Azure DNS provides end-to-end P2P connectivity and enhances security, making it more secure and reliable."
"The CDN interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and there are no intrusive ads or upselling additional services. Everything is self-contained, and it's a convenient CDN overall. We also loved that they provided a free trial period. They always seem to do what's best for the consumer and the internet."
"Uptime is always perfect."
"The support is amazing! They solve the issues on the fly."
"Since transitioning to G-Core, our site has started working much faster, and freezes have stopped. Users are staying on the site longer and visiting more sections. We increased the number of customers by 30 percent in the past six months. This is partially attributable to G-Core services."

Cons

"There are some issues with the solution's performance where improvements are needed."
"There are some latency issues that could be improved."
"The initial setup of this solution could be less complex and require less manual configurations."
"The licensing cost should be improved."
"Azure DNS' documentation needs to improve."
"The product must provide information on which DNS or application is consuming the most budget."
"The CDN integration could be improved."
"The process of creating a virtual mission could be improved."
"Once in the past six months, we got a "site is unavailable" error for a maximum of 20 minutes."
"It would be great if there were a section on the provider's website that shows a set of services for a particular business. It would be helpful to have some kind of checklist of services that are suitable for your blog, which are required, and which can be set up later."
"There are some nuances in the tariff configurations that we found confusing. We would like more flexibility in this area."
"I would like to have one optimized report that we could use for our own needs."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution payment model is based on how many users use it. This is not an expensive solution, but it can depend on how long we use it. However, if the price was decreased it would be helpful."
"The solution itself is free but you need to pay for the Microsoft Azure infrastructure and host your domains in Azure to use it."
"The pricing is expensive."
"We have an enterprise license agreement with Microsoft. Their pricing is competitive. I would rate it a three and a half out of five."
"I would describe Azure DNS as a cheaply priced product."
"We use the tool's free version."
"In my opinion, DNS is inexpensive. The pricing depends on how you use it, but overall, it's quite affordable. It typically costs just a fesw cents, and Microsoft even offers ten thousand free hits per month."
"To use Azure DNS, I need to buy the license meant for Windows Server."
"The price of G-Core Labs CDN is very reasonable in comparison with other companies. We've done a lot of research into CDN providers, and G-Core offers the best service for the lowest cost."
