Obviously, some of the desktop monitoring metrics always can be improved.""It all comes in pretty nice looking charts and things, but we have a hard time pulling out hard data, which is usually what you'll need if you're trying to be actionable.""Reports were a lot easier in the older versions""Being able to add custom monitoring to dashboards would be nice. Right now, if you want to monitor the value of a registry key on your systems, to get that added into the dashboard you have to reach out to Aternity so they can start looking for that value. It would be interesting if that were more of a self-serve function.""I want more reporting around asset management, with greater flexibility and customization ability.""When they moved from Version 8 to Version 9, the customers lost so much control of what they could do with the product.""Aternity doesn't currently provide metrics about actual employee experience of all business-critical apps. It's something you have to build out. It's not 'canned' that way and there is a lot of configuration that you have to do to the environment to collect the data you want to collect and that is important to you.""The other place for improvement, as an on-prem, non-SaaS customer, is that the system administration and management in Aternity are very difficult. "They should focus on potentially enhancing the dashboard to make it more contemporary and adding some customization options. Furthermore, there might be room for improvement in the pricing policy.""It's still missing some platforms. For example, if you look to applications itself, it is missing the interface.""The demo that was provided to us is not working very well.
