Streamlined customer onboarding has reduced processing time from days to under an hour
There are several phenomenal features in Adobe Sign, and for me personally, the web forms feature is one of the best because it allows flexibility and the ability for signers to access the documents remotely without having to be sent a document for signature. All they need is a link or a QR code to the actual web form, which enables them to fill in and sign the document electronically on any device. The web forms feature has saved a lot of time and administration back and forth from a customer and supplier perspective. In general, it has added a whole level of efficiency for the organization as a whole. As mentioned with the customer registration document, Adobe Sign has greatly improved efficiency for the processing of customer registration documents. Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes.

Streamlined contract workflows have reduced manual effort and now automate secure e-signatures
The only area for improvement I experienced while working on Conga Sign is that the setup is quite complex; the initial implementation takes some time. The integration can also be a bit time-consuming because Conga Sign does not accept rest APIs or OAuth, requiring me to convert the APIs into OData.svc formatted APIs. This requires significant resources and MuleSoft support for some. Additionally, the licensing cost can be on the higher side for small organizations, but for my large organization, the cost is manageable. The biggest challenge when deploying Conga Sign is maintaining the solutions throughout the development environments. I have multiple sandboxes, production staff, validation parts, and UATs, and deploying each solution from one org to another can be quite challenging, requiring manual deployments and precision.

Pros

"It makes it very easy to sign documents."
"I adore using Adobe Sign since it feels intuitive and user-friendly. Its organic design makes it effortless to navigate, so even if you lack experience with Adobe software, you can quickly learn and use it accurately."
"We heavily relied on Adobe Sign for signature workflows, Advanced Sharing method, tracking reports, creating products, and assigning accounts to new users."
"Adobe Sign is highly reliable and offers additional features such as 25-year retention filters and audit capabilities."
"Using Adobe Sign helps us deliver projects before deadlines because it reduces the illustration part and allows for exporting one document into multiple formats efficiently, which is very helpful for us and our organization."
"Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use."
"Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes."
"The most valuable aspect of Adobe Sign is not a single feature, but rather a combination of features. From a broad perspective, the failover system is particularly noteworthy. In the event that Adobe Sign experiences downtime, there are backup measures in place through Amazon AWS that ensure continuity. For instance, if one region experiences an outage, another region can take over seamlessly, which is a significant advantage."
"Conga Sign has positively impacted my organization by being more user-friendly for customers, making their work easier, keeping customers very satisfied, and saving time when completing the agreement signing system."
"Conga Sign has positively impacted my organization as it is a crucial part of many projects, and in fact, we use Conga Sign in most of our projects directly."
"Many businesses have saved their money and time on digital signatures using Conga Sign."
"The solution's most valuable feature in terms of configuration is the Write Back functionality."

Cons

"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed."
"The support could improve in Adobe Sign."
"Last year we were informed that the integration between SharePoint and Adobe Sign was expiring in July 2024, prompting us to create a Power Automate flow to automate agreements in Adobe Sign using Power App and Power Automate flow inbuilt with the SharePoint site."
"The biggest problem I experienced when using Adobe Sign for the first time was that it was new software for me, and it sometimes crashed or closed automatically due to my PC or laptop hanging."
"It works. I have no notes for improvement."
"It is hard to keep up with continuous improvements."
"I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information."
"My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing could be better."
"Sometimes we require sending multiple documents for signatures, which is still not supported."
"There is room for improvement in ensuring data residency compliance, as some clients express concerns about data processing transitioning to other servers."
"We mostly need to update the UI for bulk document signatures. If a feature for that were available, it would be more useful."
"The solution accepts only a few data types and not all data types."
"I would like to see better initial setup assistance and improved documentation, which would make it easier for new users to understand and configure the solution."
"Our biggest problem is that some customer firewalls block the documents, preventing them from receiving or opening emails with the link."
"The documentation for Conga Sign could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
