A very good hosted issue tracking system completely based on the cloud (based on SaaS platform)
1) Since everything is hosted over the cloud and off-premises, there is an increased level of security risks. 2) The extent of customization that can be applied is limited and predefined by certain parameters. You cannot change too many things as per your needs. 3) When compared to other similar products on the market, the features provided are somewhat less appealing. For example, there is an upper limit to the total size of attachments that can be applied to the Issue/Defect tracking system. You cannot just use any file of any size, unlike other similar tools. 4) A bit expensive compared to other products.

More than reliable, with satisfied results for our needs, and excellent testing options
For the moment we are looking to automated testing, and there today apparently it is not working well with the application we want to test. So we are using an application on a terminal server and some quirks make it challenging to make automatic testing. It would be nice to be able to test offline. What I mean by that is today most of the time things are in the cloud, but sometimes when we are in factories we do not have network access and we should be able to download a test script into our PCs and do the test offline. Once that is complete we can re-upload it when we again have a network connection.
