Beneficial user interface, high performance, but better audio and video support needed

We would use Knovos eZSuite for hosting documents in a legal dispute for review.

What is most valuable?

Knovos eZSuite has a nice interface and performance well. It has a good processing speed.

What needs improvement?

The solution could improve by having better integration with different platforms. Additionally, the audio and video could have better support.

I have been using Knovos eZSuite for approximately one year.
