Having a single, more user-friendly management console, like a one-window approach, would streamline the user experience and make it easier for administrators to handle security tasks more efficiently. Sangfor Endpoint Secure currently only allows one manager to control clients, and it lacks a backup system. It would be better if it supported a secondary manager for backup in case the primary one fails, ensuring uninterrupted service.

An awful thing that happens in Sangfor Endpoint Secure is when I click on its different options every time. When I go to the product's main page and click on an option completely, another window pops out, which is annoying. Every navigation option in the tool has its own window that doesn't open within itself. Every time I click on any button for navigation purposes, it opens another tab. The aforementioned aspect of the tool is an area of concern where improvements are required. In the future, adding reporting functionalities to the tool would be a good idea. Currently, the tool lacks reporting functionalities.
