The solution is used for backup and replication of data. We can create a backup copy of off-site data.

Veeam Data Platform is more expensive than OpenStack because we pay for it in US dollars, while we pay for OpenStack in Egyptian pounds. Veeam Data Platform provides benefits worth the money we pay, as we serve it to our customers. As cloud providers, we offer backup as a service to our customers.

The product must improve its pricing. Socket license for new users is also challenging. I rate the pricing a seven out of ten.

The licensing model is an annual subscription, not too expensive. There are some additional costs, but it's not very expensive and you can choose any environment. I would rate the pricing a five out of ten, in the middle.

This is a nice and important article that thoroughly addresses the critical elements of selecting and implementing a backup and recovery strategy for businesses. It's worth noting that in the selection process, it's essential to also consider the hardware and software capabilities of your existing IT infrastructure. Most backup solutions, especially those designed for virtual environments, require compatibility with the latest versions of platforms like VMware. Examples include backup software solutions such as Veeam and Zerto, made to work well with specific versions of virtualization software. Ensuring compatibility at this level is vital for a smooth and effective deployment of any backup and recovery system.

I have been using Zerto for almost 10 years. It was purchased as a replacement for EMC Recover Point. The product is easy to install and configure. Run books are created to automate the recovery of systems in a timely manner in the event of a disaster. Once installed, it can make disaster recovery testing simple and quick. For testing, an isolated network "bubble" is created and all system...

I agree with what you shared. Zerto is a great product and their support is very good. It is disappointing that I have to stop using it because they are discontinuing Hyper-V support. I am looking at other products and options.
