What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Vulse is creating LinkedIn content, sharing that content with the team, analyzing performance, and generally increasing engagement across LinkedIn.
For one of our recent campaigns with Vulse, we wanted to create one post which was following brand guidelines. We then used this to share with multiple members of the team, matched to their tone of voice, which saved them time creating the content. It also meant increased reach and engagement across LinkedIn by using this functionality.
What is most valuable?
I use the AI features of Vulse to help generate content quickly matched to my tone of voice. I also use the leaderboard to see how other team members are performing across LinkedIn.
In my opinion, the best features Vulse offers include official LinkedIn API access, which is very useful because that means we get data directly from LinkedIn, and it does not matter whether somebody posts on LinkedIn or posts using Vulse. We can see all of that data. The content creation is very powerful, and the ability to tag people, add comments to posts, and to see how the team is performing are really useful.
I find myself relying on the team access feature of Vulse, called Amplify, the most because it is very useful. It allows me to see as a marketing manager everyone in one place. It allows me to share content with them and be able to analyze how content is performing.
Vulse has positively impacted my organization by helping more people get comfortable with LinkedIn and post to LinkedIn on a consistent basis. It has helped us improve brand reach and ultimately build thought leadership within our industry. Employees are posting now on average three times a week where they were not posting previously, and we have seen a 63% increase in engagement across all accounts.
What needs improvement?
There is nothing about Vulse that could be improved. I really enjoy using the platform and am looking forward to seeing new features and functionality in the future.

Vulse's scalability is great. We have added multiple team members, and it has been a really easy process.

The customer support from Vulse is incredible. They come back to us almost instantly and are very helpful. The customer service has been a really enjoyable experience, and they are great to work with.

We previously used DSMN8, but it was very expensive for what we needed, and we found that Vulse offered a more cost-effective and innovative solution.

I have seen a return on investment with Vulse. We saved over 70% on advertising costs because we did not need to run advertising campaigns since employees were sharing organic content. It saved us hours a week in terms of posting to LinkedIn through their AI features. It definitely saved us time and money.

I would definitely advise others looking into using Vulse to book a demo. The product is really innovative, and it would definitely work for you if you are looking to get more from LinkedIn, whether it is personally or for your team or for an enterprise.
In terms of accuracy and reliability of output, Vulse is perfect. The tone of voice matching is very strong because it utilizes LinkedIn's data through the API to match tone of voice very easily. It has been great in terms of the AI capabilities.
Regarding Vulse's AI capabilities, I think its governance and security are great. I would give it a 10 out of 10 because they are ISO 27001 certified and are GDPR compliant, and I am very happy with the security. They authorize directly through LinkedIn's API. I would rate this review a 10 out of 10.
