What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite is for day-to-day accounting, vendor management, receivables management, statutory accounting close, generation of financial statements, trial balance, generation of AR outstanding reports, trade payables aging reports, and foreign currency exchange gain or impact reports.
In addition to my main use case, I use Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite for day-to-day accounting, invoice registration, vendor payouts, registration, and managing the bank reconciliation system.
How has it helped my organization?
Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite has positively impacted my organization by enabling me to manage day-to-day accounting operations much more smoothly, allowing for the centralization of accounting, and making reports available at my fingertips with a daily dashboard showing bank balances, invoicing, and other metrics that are much more helpful for management decisions.
Since implementing Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite, I have saved time and reduced errors, as it records and updates the dashboard on a real-time basis, allowing me to assess the invoicing status, bank balances, and cash balances easily. This information can be reliably provided to management, eliminating the need to drill down through multiple accounts for each entity-wise invoicing status because all consolidated reports are available on the dashboard.

The best features Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite offers are its user-friendly interface and ease of navigation for financial professionals.
What makes Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite user-friendly is the generation of trial balances for a particular month or a particular period with a certain set of opening balances and closing balances, the ability to walk from opening to closing balances easily, easy drill down into the closing balances of any period, history from the opening balance to closing balances from the drill down, and the selection of group entities.
Regarding features, integration is possible with Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite. I migrated from Tally to Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite and have integrated other accounting tools or finance tools that I use for payroll, APPI, ICON, and also integrated Zoho CRM for vendor and customer management.
What needs improvement?
Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite can be improved in that when I try to download the GL dump for a large scale of operations, the system does not show the complete report. Even though the line items are huge, the NetSuite team should work to fix this error. This is the main thing that I discuss regarding needed improvements for Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite to make my experience smoother.
Regarding the accuracy and reliability of output from Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite, it is accurate and reliable, but sometimes I see mismatches between various kinds of reports, which needs to be fixed by Oracle NetSuite.

I have been using Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite for the past two years.

I previously used Tally solutions, which was user-friendly but not viable at a large scale, hence I switched to Jobin & Jismi Oracle NetSuite.

I have my consultant, Absolteam, who takes care of the cloud usage for my private cloud deployment.

I have seen a return on investment by saving time and needing fewer employees, as the data is accurate and reliable and always available on time in terms of the dashboard and detailed reports.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that it is better compared to other products such as SAP and Zoho.
