Ease of use for the technicians entering data. The integrity of data is essential and if technicians are not providing good data (because it is easy for them to do so), they just won't...and then reporting and workflow suffers, which is what ITSM is for.

As an experienced Technology Services Professional, I establish a close relationship with clients to align their technological needs with their business goals. I am an accomplished problem-solver, ensuring clients have the information they need regarding available services, discovering solutions to problems that they might not even know exist.

Striving to optimize service delivery with every available opportunity, I regularly study best practices within the ITIL Service Lifecycle and other popular ITSM models. I also frequently engage in the ITSM community online, sourcing knowledge from like-minded peers to improve processes within my own business unit.

Valuing consistent high-levels of customer service and transparency in my methods, I aspire to contribute to the IT industry by further developing and evolving processes for certain aspects of service delivery that may be included in future revisions of the ITIL books.
