Since 1996 I have been a Remedy consultant for a variety of organisations including:

Brunel University
BNP Paribas
EUROCONTROL

with experience in the ITSM Suite and custom applications.

I also have many years experience in the User Support role dealing with a wide variety of users and their computer related issues.

I also officiate American Football in Europe. Over 10 years experience of officiating in the UK and now qualified to National Level in France. Recently qualified as a trainer of Referees by the FFFA and in training to be a Supervisor of Referees for the FFFA.
