ZingHR could improve by giving administration users from the front end the ability to make corrections. I am having to do the bulk corrections from an Excel upload from the system. In a future release, the people org chart should be visible down up, and up down. It should be similar to what SAP SuccessFactors has. They have a download option where you can have the entire org structure downloaded on a PDF file.
