The reporting, and the ability to reorganize the test repository, which are a little stifling. There is definitely room for improvement there. Those are most likely the two major areas.

We have a lot of automation for our products, and we require a utility for its integration with automation. Currently, we have to write this utility ourselves. It would be great if they can provide such a utility.

Their version of test cases can be improved. Right now, all updates just get the latest version. But there is no version in the test cases. You can only know the version based on your comparison. In other words, the test case versioning is not there. I think Red Quality Center does give a versioning of use cases. This aspect can definitely be improved. Additionally, they could improve the daily reporting. It does generate reports, but they are screen based reports. It would be good if they enhanced the default reports with a variety of reports that every organization would need. Customization can be done, but creating better default varieties of reporting would make the product much better and more popular.

We would like support for the agile and behavior-driven development (BDD) approaches.

DFS is more expensive than Zephyr. DFS is around $32 per person, whereas Zephyr is $10 per person. There is a major difference in the price, which is the main reason why we are trying to shift to Zephyr.

It costs a couple of thousand dollars for a little more than 125 users, per month.

I manage the quality management office at a very large telecoms service provider. I've written a review of Micro Focus ALM, but I am looking into Zephyr now. Does Zephyr have parameterized data driven capabilities?

What exactly you mean by Data-Driven Capabilities? Zephyr is very flexible to use and there will always be ways to do stuff. But we should never try to compare the same with ALM.
