We have been working with DFS for almost six or seven years. We have a lot of automation in our own framework, and DFS is supporting that framework. We have integrated DFS with our automation framework. We moved to JIRA because of the cost. We needed a test management solution, and we are in the process of finalizing Zephyr for that. The management is yet to decide whether we move to Zephyr or continue with DFS. We are still using DFS for most of our projects. For some of the projects, we are using Zephyr. We are using continuous integration while doing the deployment to Bamboo.

We use Zephyr Enterprise for the entire testing process from beginning to end.

Test repository is our primary usage. It was working fine, especially with the waterfall approach. With waterfall products, it worked but now we are transitioning to an agile model. This is where we are having challenges, and one of the reasons that we are looking for a different tool.

DFS is more expensive than Zephyr. DFS is around $32 per person, whereas Zephyr is $10 per person. There is a major difference in the price, which is the main reason why we are trying to shift to Zephyr.

It costs a couple of thousand dollars for a little more than 125 users, per month.

I manage the quality management office at a very large telecoms service provider. I've written a review of Micro Focus ALM, but I am looking into Zephyr now. Does Zephyr have parameterized data driven capabilities?

What exactly you mean by Data-Driven Capabilities? Zephyr is very flexible to use and there will always be ways to do stuff. But we should never try to compare the same with ALM.
