Regarding Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics's AI capabilities, I am not entirely certain about how secure it is or what kind of implementation or certification they follow, though I believe HIPAA is one of them.
Regarding how Amazon Connect Analytics can be improved, the maturity level of our clients is fine with Amazon Connect's base, and I think as we navigate the gigantic world, we'll see some business use cases that are going to be much more specific.

Amazon Connect Analytics could be improved by being even more flexible, particularly in allowing dashboard embedding in third-party applications. If we want to embed the dashboards in another tool, that capability would be valuable.
