There is some maintenance involved, but it is relatively trivial, and if something goes completely wrong, I can rebuild it in less than half an hour. We would not have stayed with it this long if we did not like it. I would also suggest doing what we did before picking one; since we are government, we have to look at least three vendors before making a decision. You want to test it in your environment. I wish I could see what features are available with new releases when they come out because sometimes I just open the UI and find a new feature I was not expecting, which is cool, but it would be nice to get a report on these updates. As the system improves, I am sure it will become a ten. We are using Ivanti's autonomous patching feature, and it has helped with compliance. I would say that sometimes I do not understand the vulnerability level; it tells me that some CVEs are not being addressed, but I do not know how to address them since not all CVEs are addressed with patches. Some of that is a little confusing, but I still love the patching; we are still getting into it. We have moved toward trusting Ivanti's AI capabilities from assist to advise to full automation. We still do not fully automate everything; we definitely consult AI loads. There is some automation we have built in, but we are not fully integrated. With Ivanti, we have used some of the bots that I would consider as automation, and we have created them ourselves. We have specific scenarios where Ivanti's unified platform for IT and security operations helped streamline processes. We have some satellite offices, and we noticed that many of those machines consistently had processes stop that were needed for business purposes. We have set up bots to monitor these processes, and if any stop, they automatically restart them. This has been huge for the business; it has freed up more time for our help desk support to deal with actual real issues instead of just restarting services. Pay attention to the changes. Continue looking out for new features, and rely on support for the help that you need because they are really easy to work with and they help you get the information you need. One thing I mentioned about patching and CVEs and knowing what action to take for security remediation could be a little clearer. That is my last statement, but other than that, I believe I have mentioned everything else. I give Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management an overall rating of nine out of ten.

I did not purchase Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management as it was provided by our organization directly through the Ivanti commercial subscription channel. As far as I know, Ivanti does not have offerings available through the AWS marketplace. Our company acquired it on our behalf, and we simply gained access to use it. When it comes to patching, I see one additional benefit in reducing the gap between detection and remediation in a large enterprise environment. Identifying vulnerabilities and unhealthy endpoints is only half the problem, and the real challenge is consistently getting issues fixed and verifying the results. Ivanti's autonomous approach helps by analyzing endpoint health continuously and prioritizing issues based on risk, significantly reducing the number of manual tickets and repetitive troubleshooting tasks for the endpoint team. From my experience with Intune and MECM, I would say Ivanti is superior to MECM and SCCM because SCCM is an older technology, while Ivanti is newer.

I can confirm that I am not using the feature that consolidates devices, risks, and services data into one view. Regarding Ivanti Neurons for UEM's AI capabilities, it has security in the communication between the core server and the agent, utilizing certificates. The output from the agent provides all inventory data, including all data on the device and endpoint itself. Connected printers also appear in inventory data along with installed software, resources, RAM, and CPU, and the output is accurate. I gave Ivanti Neurons for UEM a rating of ten out of ten because it is overall good for customers due to its new features that distinguish it from other vendors, especially in scanning network devices. It effectively scans those devices, and specifically for EPM, it can enhance email security with Email+, which is excellent for customers to secure emails and access Email+ from a secure site. I would rate customer support as a nine on a scale of one to ten.
