I use Zoho Campaigns to run my youth organization. We use to manage promotions for our events, such as the upcoming youth convention we will host in Kenya this August. We're expecting upwards of 400 guests from around the continent.
Zoho Campaigns is a very good solution that we use to carry out our email marketing campaigns successfully. It has very good templates that we can use to create emails to be sent to our subscribers, be it for communicating something involving promotion offers or any updates. It is good to send emails in one go to thousands of contacts. The solution's use on social media saves a lot of time since it allows us to post on different social media platforms. Also, if one is busy, that person can reschedule their email marketing campaign to be carried out at a time of his choice. In short, it is a marketing tool for both email and social media campaigns.

We use Zoho Campaigns because we use Zoho. They're not particularly sophisticated campaigns. They're drip campaigns. They might have about six or seven steps in them. We have contacts, and we might send them a communication, usually an email but it could also be some other channel, and get some kind of feedback from them or not. Depending on the feedback or not, we send another communication to them, and so on. So, we have campaigns that run about six or seven steps for that.
