What is your primary use case for Blue Prism Cloud?

We use the product to automate human work. It not only helps us in normal human processes and document recognition using Azure AI.

We use the product for automated processes for operational activities.

The solution is extensively used for reporting purposes in our company.

We have implemented various security solutions from vendors to ensure the safety of our clients and Blue Prism Cloud is one of them. Specifically, for container-related security, our enterprise security solution encompasses email security, domain security, and other manual security measures. This security framework is one of the options we offer for our instances. For instance, when using Azure as our cloud platform, we rely on Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel. However, we understand that some clients may have their own instances or prefer a hybrid environment, combining cloud and on-premises solutions. In such cases, we can provide a customized security solution tailored to their specific needs. We use many cloud providers, such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, Amazon AWS, and IBM.

The tool helps us to copy and merge data from one system to another. It also helps in my company’s HR process. The tool helps us to copy data from the Excel sheet and integrate it with the Oracle system.

We use Blue Prism Cloud for building new infrastructure in the cloud for our complete robotics automation tech.

Initially we had a partnership with a cloud provider and we were using their cloud infrastructure to use Blue Prism and to provide Blue Prism resources in the cloud. My company is one of the Blue Prism partners globally and I am responsible for the technical aspects including delivery, developing robots, implementing the license and configuring some of the servers. One of our customers is from the telecommunication industry and they have more than 500 runtime resources and a lot of clusters configured, not only for the production environment but also in staging. Most of our clients utilize their own private cloud to run the robots and architecture and we are a certified provider with the responsibility to deliver the best we can from the product to our clients. We help them to achieve their goals, implement the COE and deliver financial return and ROI.

We connect our processes and robots to the Blue Prism virtual machine. You can work on your software since the solution is based on a virtual machine that enables you to use Blue Prism as an LPR agent.

My current role entails defining the strategy. It's not even the administrative part; it's just comparing different products according to the Gartner quadrant and understanding fit for the purpose of the organization.

We used this solution for automating operational processes.

The solution is basically for robotic process information. We try to identify and document in order to effectively process claims. Typically, we receive a lot of documents from our users. We were trying to speed up the process by classifying those documents through an RPA process.

Our primary use case for Blue Prism Cloud depends on what our client's needs are. If they want something that is cloud-based but they do not have their own cloud infrastructure — like Azure or something like that — they need additional support. If they want the features that come with Blue Prism Cloud, like OCR (Optical Character Recognition) functionality or anything in particular on the service desk, that is usually when clients would choose Blue Prism Cloud as an option for automating processes. We deliver RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions for our clients. We go out to them and do the discovery and identify processes that are candidates for automation with them. Then we deliver that for them by building out the processes and deploying Blue Prism. We do the whole thing up to that point.

We primarily use the solution due to the cost. It lowers the cost of maintenance for the organization.

We primarily use Blue Prism for the automation of Google Sheets. We were helping our finance department in automating their processes that include Google Sheets, email, and web-based applications.

We use Blue Prism for unattended automation.

We are a consulting firm and we provide consultancy services to our clients. Part of our service is the recommendation of products and solutions to fit the requirements of our customers.

We primarily use the solution in the banking and telecom sectors. We implement the solution for our clients.

Our primary use cases are fairly generic and relate to any type of use case where there is a lot of repetitive activity, what we call "swivel seat" processing, where you might be looking at one application and then you swivel around and enter information from the first application into the second application. A company doesn't necessarily have the manpower or money to integrate the two applications programming-wise, so they hire people to look up information in one application and enter it into another. It's applicable to insurance companies where claim information is transferred from one application into another, or quotes for customers that come in via one system and then needs to be manually entered into another system. We see a lot of financial application type use cases, whether it's vendor creation, vendor invoicing, bank reconciliations or general ledger end-of-month reconciliations.

Our primary use case is for automation. To date, we have automated approximately 50 use cases for different functions including finance, order management and fuel pricing. Most of our projects are finance-related and we use the product on a daily basis.

We are a tech services company and we implement RPA solutions for our customers, such as the Blue Prism Thoughtonomy Virtual Workforce. We have implemented this solution in a number of different industries including IT, insurance, banking, consumer industries, and retail. We have used it in any industry that you can name, including the airlines. The deployment model and environment vary based on the requirements.

In general, we have primarily used the solution to automate a few processes related to payments, accounts payable, and account queries.

Our primary use case is for reconfiguration. We use it to do our monthly reconfiguration reports. We have an Excel sheet and it logs in to a web-based application and needs to compare the monetary amount of each and every agent of the product. Once it does the monitor, it collects the respective data and creates an output that is required for reconfiguration.

We did not ultimately deploy Blue Prism because we chose to use UiPath instead. However, I have detailed knowledge of this solution. The primary use case is the building of clean, automated processes. These are then easily used and maintained by the architecture.

We primarily use the solution for test evaluation. It makes the process very easy.

We were involved in implementing this product in many network branches of the Bank of Raiffeisen. It is used for transaction monitoring, automating invoicing, sending documents to customers, and other types of banking transactions.
