We have only three channels that we purchased, and licensing can be quite expensive for just one channel. I would prefer a five-pack or ten-pack of channels. I would rate it at five because I would like to have more channels available at a lower price.
There may be a license you need to pay, however, if someone is asking to connect to your machine, as a person getting service, you do not need to purchase a license in order to have TeamViewer on your machine for remote assistance.
