As with many platforms, the more you can put in, the better the solution will function. The time taken to deploy complex packages can be time-consuming, but this is outside of the KACE environment directly. Licencing has been quite simple throughout. We have successfully expanded our support numerous times, including additional features and devices.
IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions are instrumental in managing Hardware, Software, and other IT assets. These assets are the center of your organization’s IT Infrastructure, and their lifecycle management requires improved control over inventory, tracking, and maintenance.
The product is expensive.
I would rate the solution's pricing a six out of ten.

It has multiple additional costs. We use the Asset and Patch Management which has a separate license.
