I rate Quad9 five out of 10. It used to work fine for all the devices, but it started to slow and become non-responsive. I would have to reload the page two or three times before all the pages loaded. With OpenDNS, I only need to load the page once. Ensure the platform is stable where you are. It might work fine elsewhere. It could be something to do with the servers or load balancing in Canada, but I'm not getting fast responses to my query.

My advice to others is to spend the money and get something better. I rate Quad9 a seven out of ten.
