Others wanting to buy PeopleStrong should understand and validate the critical functional requirements of their businesses before signing up for the product. They need to assess its integration capacity. I recommend others to look at it from a holistic perspective where you can use all the modules integrated into one suite. If you must manage international operations, ensure no issues while connecting with different geographies. I rate the product a seven out of ten.
I give the solution an eight out of ten. We have around 1,500 people using the solution. We selected PeopleStrong as our solution of choice through the RFP process. PeopleStrong is the same feed, in the material as HCM. As long as we know why we need the solution, and what we want to do with it so we know how to track and measure its implementation and utilization, any HCM should make sense.

I rate this solution a nine out of ten because it is strong from a cost perspective with ROI, and from a functional feature perspective, they have end-to-end features. It also integrates well and works on mobile. Regarding advice, I would recommend it to others. However, it might be challenging to implement at first, but the product works well. It integrates well with the major ERPs, like SAP and anything that can process a REST API. It's a capable solution and will work with any large organization with 50,000 to 100,000 employees.
I would rate this solution 7 out of 10. It would be a 10 if they added more features like video chat and some sort of collaborative platform for employees. Before implementing PeopleStrong, HR and the company should have a full understanding of their roadmap for implementation as well as their HR processes.

My advice to others is to make sure you have your priorities straight. For example, are you looking for something which is more stable, scalable at the cost of a bit more user experience or vice versa? Have your priority inline before you choose a product of this type. I rate PeopleStrong Alt a seven out of ten.
