I would give a rating of four out of five due to the few improvements that are needed in the Direct Data Exchange part and the update part. If I had to give a rating out of ten, I would give eight. Paycom appears to be a public cloud deployment because our manager uses Paycom and our drivers use Paycom, so I think it is a public network. I cannot advise anyone to use Paycom as a blanket recommendation, but I am very satisfied with the features that I use. The overall review rating for this solution is eight out of ten.
