Regarding improvements, I am very happy to share how Paycom can be improved. The Direct Data Exchange is one of the most useful features and clearly shows how many edits we have made by the employer. Paycom should create a report that shows the percentage of edits that we use. Another improvement I have noticed is that Paycom works on Central time. Whenever we make edits, and we are working in EST time, the edits are reflected after one hour. When we make an edit just one minute before, we have to wait one hour to check the edits when they are reflected in Direct Data Exchange. The basic improvements needed are in the Direct Data Exchange feature and the update feature as well. If Paycom works on those parts, it would be beneficial. Additionally, Paycom is getting slower day by day, and the timecard search feature is not working well. It works very slowly and consumes our time. This is a main reason why every company is not using Paycom. If we can improve the timecard search part, that should be done. I am aware that Paycom has provided an AI feature, but I do not think we are using that feature because it can be improved. If the feature included functionality where I can request a report that contains specific fields through the AI feature, that would be more helpful. If I notice any other improvements, I will surely update that to you when we visit again.
