I would rate Haivision Media Platform at nine points. I give it a nine because in terms of encoding, broadcast, sending, and receiving signals, they have been the best equipment I have worked with. The one point is due to the limitations it gives me in the technical part, and also the costs are a bit high. The nine points is because when you reach technical support, they are quite fast and very good at solving issues. The missing point is for the technical part, which needs a bit more so that it does not have many limitations but can be made a bit more scalable or that they give that opportunity. I would advise other professionals considering using Haivision Media Platform to spend their money and take the opportunity to have quality equipment.
