I'm a consultant. When it comes to implementing solutions, I make recommendations. I'd advise new users that you need someone that knows the platform. Otherwise, it will be a little bit difficult to implement as it is a sophisticated solution. The most important thing is to have a person, a professional, that understands the needs of the company. For example, someone who knows what kind of documents, what kind of tables you need in the system, and how many business processes you need, et cetera. You need a person that really understands how the organization works. I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten.
