Hello community,
I work at a small non-profit (less than 10 employees, less than $1M in annual revenue). I am conducting a tech stack overhaul, and am looking to implement a project/task management platform and effective CRM and currently neither exists outside of basic database management using Airtable (mostly underutilized as a repository of spreadsheets/tables for various programs, with limited interoperability). Although I am finding automation integrations between Bitrix24 and Airtable, I am having trouble understanding why I would maintain Airtable at all.
Any guidance is appreciated.
Airtable may be an excellent tool for basic database management, but there may be better choices for your specific project management and CRM needs as a small non-profit.
Bitrix24 is a more comprehensive platform that may be used for project/task management, CRM, and various business functions. It also has several integrations with other popular apps, including Airtable.
If you are considering using Bitrix24, there are a few reasons why you might want to maintain Airtable as well.
If you decide to use Bitrix24, you can integrate it with Airtable to create a more robust and flexible system. For example, you could use Airtable to store your contact information and Bitrix24 to manage your projects.
If you need a more comprehensive platform that can be used for project/task management, CRM, and a variety of other business functions, then Bitrix24 may be the better choice. However, if you are looking for a more straightforward and affordable tool, then Airtable may be worth picking.
