Scality RING has had a positive impact on our business in that we can store backups more securely than before even though this has nothing directly to do with Scality RING but also with an S3.

Although robust in customer service and life cycle management, it has faced issues with outdated security measures and limited Amazon S3 compatibility. Past scalability concerns and complexity due to multiple automation tools impacted cost-efficiency, leading to increased expenses. Scality RING remains a viable option despite these challenges.
