The customer support at Rocketlane is amazing, and I would rate the customer support a ten or even an eleven, as it is the best of any product I have ever used.
One of the most frustrating things about Rocketlane is that for new tasks not part of the template, if they are not assigned a duration, moving the date range of a phase does not automatically move those tasks.
