Cisco is a very stable platform, and even though we haven't upgraded firmware for a long time, it can still perform, unlike other switches where you have to constantly upgrade due to vulnerabilities.
Meraki MS Switches offer excellent scalability and cloud management valued for monitoring and remote accessibility. They simplify setup with cloud-based configuration and enhance management with a centralized dashboard. However, high pricing, required internet connection, and lack of advanced features pose challenges for large enterprises. Troubleshooting and console approach usability are limited. While technical support is praised for knowledge, its accessibility and effectiveness could be improved.
