Cisco is a very stable platform, and even though we haven't upgraded firmware for a long time, it can still perform, unlike other switches where you have to constantly upgrade due to vulnerabilities.
Meraki MS Switches offer robust cloud management with excellent network visibility and easy deployment, enhancing scalability in both small and large environments. The centralized dashboard simplifies device management across locations. Although praised for responsive technical support, they present challenges in quote-building, flexibility, troubleshooting, and integration. Improved scalability and competitive pricing are required. Their high cost and need for better reliability are significant considerations for tech buyers.
