Cisco is a very stable platform, and even though we haven't upgraded firmware for a long time, it can still perform, unlike other switches where you have to constantly upgrade due to vulnerabilities.
Meraki MS Switches offer cloud management and monitoring with a central dashboard for deployment ease. Despite reasonable pricing and discounts, they are expensive for low-budget buyers. Feedback on support is mixed; it's praised as responsive but sometimes hard to access. The switches are scalable for small to medium setups but face limitations in large enterprises. The subscription model is costly and the product lacks advanced features found in other high-end switches.
