IIS 10 on Windows 2019 has positively impacted my organization as it is a great product for web hosting, secure, trusted, being a Microsoft product that has been around for many years, and it is definitely easy to implement.

I see load balancing as a lack in IIS 10 on Windows 2019 compared to NGINX or other popular web servers, which is a feature that users have wanted for many years now, but it still has not been made part of the product.
