Our organization uses Informer extensively, and because of the easily understandable UI, end users are able to retrieve their own data with little or no IT support.
The return on investment is immeasurable, as we have empowered more employees than ever with report creation and our faculty are very excited to be able to manage and gather data previously unavailable to them to help guide their decisions.
