Good pricing but technical support is unhelpful and redundancies are lacking
Pros and Cons
  • "Some of the automation options are quite good."
  • "There are some features that don't work as expected."

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for automation within our organization.

What is most valuable?

It's quite stable.

Some of the automation options are quite good.

The scalability is very good.

The pricing is great.

We have found the architecture and the features in the architecture to be quite good.

What needs improvement?

There are some features that don't work as expected.

For example, the schedule doesn't start at the time that was specified.

Sometimes files can get corrupt, which can be quite dangerous. That's one of our main concerns at the moment.

Technical support is unhelpful.

The redundancies are lacking.

We expected to have workflows that could meet our business requirements. Certain things like automatic lookup on the systems and seeing objects would have been great. The board reporting tool needs to be improved a lot. We have a lot of issues with the product and its workflow capabilities.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've used the solution for nine years. It's been a while. We've almost used it for a decade.

It's a scalable solution. If we need to expand it, we can. That's my understanding.

Around 15 people have used the solution in our company.

How are customer service and support?

Technical support is not so good for this product. We are not satisfied with the help we get offered.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing is okay. At the moment, we are satisfied with the cost.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We are currently looking for other options right now as this solution doesn't work as we expected.

What other advice do I have?

We're just an end-user and a customer.

I'd rate the solution at a four out of ten. In many ways, we've been disappointed with its capabilities. There are other options on the market that may be better.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

On-premises
