Cornerstone Learn Reviews

I am taking care of Cornerstone as a customer. We create cases, host sessions, create playlists, and manage e-learning. We open registrations, save session recordings, and manage mandatory course completions through Cornerstone. We are using it across ten industries like healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, and agriculture.

Creating a session requires just one click, which makes data ready efficiently. Reporting-wise, Cornerstone is the best. It allows internal content management, playlist creation, using external links for learning, and supports various AI training. All the compliance training, code of conduct, and audits are handled through Cornerstone, making it beneficial.

We use the solution to manage learning programs, including virtual instructor training, online training, etc.

The solution's feature for tracking and accessing learning data works the best. Our employees can access the training modules through a reliable and stable portal.

Cornerstone Learning is used for corporate and mechanic training for an automotive company.

The most valuable features of Cornerstone Learning are the welcome page and the learner's home. It is user-friendly and graphically appealing.

We primarily use the solution as a way to allow people to take online courses. 

When you need to serve big organizations and you need to train thousands of employees, it's hard to organize on-site courses. With online training, you can train people online quickly and at the same time. 

We are using Cornerstone Learning to house and track the usage of all of our train offerings.

Cornerstone Learning has helped my company by allowing us to make sure all required training is completed on time.

We used it for training and talent management. We were using its SaaS version.

Their integration features with other platforms are valuable. It is also relatively easy to use. Their library of training modules is fairly robust as well.

The configurability of the modules made it flexible for our business needs. 

I mainly use this solution for back-end management, role management, system configuration, and just generally firefighting for issues that businesses have related to internal configuration problems.

Cornerstone Learning comes up trumps in the reporting space (although the reports aren't perfect, and there are times when we have to go back to Cornerstone to get back-end reports). In the general sense of being able to get information from one place in a similar format, this is one of the better solutions.

This is the e-learning platform we use to launch compliance training.

It is a one-stop-shop solution, where you can actually log in using your Windows username and password, and the single sign-on can be configured with this LMS.

Since the system uses the same credentials, you can be automatically logged in to your Cornerstone platform, where you can see the training sessions that are assigned to you.

As a technical lead, I can see the report of each team member's performance.

From recruiting to termination, everything can be handled with this system. The user information from the company's database can be automatically fed into this system using APIs, and all of the information is in real-time. Thus, if an employee is terminated it will automatically close the account in the Cornerstone platform. Similarly, if someone is hired, they will automatically get access within one day because everything is linked. As everything is automated, the manual admin tasks are fewer.

Another valuable feature is the ability to purchase courses. For example, there are training sessions that have courses associated with it. There is a shopping cart that you can use to individually purchase courses by using your credit/debit card or coupons. The Cornerstone system will send the cost to the ERP system within the company, that is, the outbound database. This means that you can assign courses to this platform and even carry out the transactions within this system.

This platform follows GDPR rules, which means that this system has its dedicated legal entity fields that can be anonymized based on requirements. For example, in Germany you cannot store data for more than five years. In this case, we can configure the system in such a way that all of the German employees' data after resignation are removed from the platform within five years.

From a functional perspective, it is perfect because it has a strong structure and design.
