"The presentation is clear and easy to comprehend."
"It is a platform that allows you to get applications quickly to the end user in a secure way."
"It's an easy platform for salespeople to quickly and efficiently be able to track an opportunity."
"We used it for providing a 360 view of the customers from within Salesforce. So, a lot of data got presented there, for which we used Einstein Analytics. The Einstein Analytics dashboards were really great."
"The most valuable aspect of the solution is the unit coordination between sales and marketing when it comes to lead management."
"Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten...I rate Salesforce Platform's technical support a ten out of ten."
"Salesforce is cloud-based, so there's no installation involved. You simply log in using the provided organization login. There's no need for installation."
"Cloud Platform's stability is great."
"The solution is scalable."
"The ability to build custom applications on the BTP platform, reducing customization on the SAP HANA system and improving performance and management."
"Great Integration Suite, with CPI being its stable component."
"The most valuable feature is integration."
"SAP is an excellent company with an excellent reputation, excellent products, and dedicated customer support."
"The solution has a lot of great features."
"SAP has provided very good support."
"What could be improved in the Salesforce Platform is the price. The platform is too expensive. The implementation time for the platform is also longer than expected, so that's another area for improvement."
"When it switched to lightning, it threw me for a loop. When they changed the look and feel, I had a hard time finding things and doing what I used to do."
"Salesforce Platform could improve the UI and the responsiveness of their servers. The UI needs to be made user-friendly for all users."
"It could have a lot more customization options in terms of fonts and reports. There should be an even lighter version with just two or three fields. It could be a bit more light if the field guys want to use it on a mobile phone on the road. For deploying it for CRM, maybe we can have our customer database, project funnels, and projects to help us in managing our supply chain business."
"There needs to be more documentation."
"This platform is indeed on the expensive side."
"They have some limitations as a cloud solution."
"It would be better if they can add more from the pricing and functionality perspective. It is very expensive. I would be more than happy if they drop the prices. From the licensing perspective, if they can add more functionality, I would be more than happy."
"My impression of the stability is that it is not good. Almost every month there is something new and that makes us nervous about delivery."
"One crucial aspect where SAP lags behind in flexibility is customization to suit specific business requirements. SAP needs to understand that customization is inevitable and should be more supportive of business-driven customization."
"When they innovate too fast, they end up confusing their customers."
"From what I understand, the SAP Cloud Platform is for implementation on AWS or Azure, and it's not meant to be a full-fledged cloud solution, so while using the platform, an area for improvement is that it has fewer offerings and is less flexible when compared to AWS. AWS has a lot more flexibility than the SAP Cloud Platform. I've also used Azure in college and AWS in between, and I prefer AWS over the SAP Cloud Platform. The only reason I would ever stick with the SAP Cloud Platform is to create applications integrated with SAP or with other companies within SAP, such as SuccessFactors. When you go into the SAP Cloud Platform web page, it's a bit bland and has relatively limited offerings. For example, there doesn't seem to be in-house MongoDB support, but I realize there's in-house support for the PostgreSQL database, so there are fewer offerings in the SAP Cloud Platform. Yes, you can always go for a database on the actual MongoDB server rather than depending on the offerings of the SAP Cloud Platform. However, it's still better to support MongoDB from the platform, so payment is consolidated, rather than going to a different location to make a payment. Another room for improvement in the SAP Cloud Platform is the need to create an SAP subaccount if you need to use the platform unless you have an SSO login by Google or if you're using a different identity provider such as Microsoft or Google. Instead of requiring dependency on SAP, it would be good if users could use the SAP Cloud Platform even without a subaccount on SAP. For example, when hosting an application on AWS or Azure, you don't have to create an account in Amazon or Microsoft. You can still do it using Google. You can use almost anything, so I'd like SAP to improve by removing the dependency, particularly the requirement to create an SAP account to use the SAP Cloud Platform."
"The solution’s pricing could be improved."
"I've observed a few bugs in SAP. One recent bug I found in Content Modifier is that when using a predefined header to call the current date, it prints the previous date. These are small bugs I found."
"We need to connect our ERP solution via the VPN. We need to make sure our ERP solutions aren't exposed to the outside world. Our teams really struggle with this."
"I would like for it to have integration to GitHub."
