"The most valuable feature is the ability to easily update and maintain accurate data across all aspects of our operations."
"The solution is easy to use."
"It's enhanced by a subscription billing add-on, to efficiently automate billing and invoicing, particularly due to our substantial customer database."
"The solution is easy to use and not complicated. Also, it is easy to get trained on. Also, there is good information available on the web. The GP community is quite broad and there are many blogs online."
"We have gained the capability to control and address various issues within the financial module effectively."
"The system is easy to customize and has user-friendly access. "
"The fixed assets, payroll, the data module, and user-friendliness are most valuable."
"Odoo's setup phase is easy."
"With Odoo, being open source is advantageous because we have access to the source code for whatever we develop. This gives us the flexibility to make additions, deletions, or modifications according to our needs without any restrictions. There are no predefined formats that limit our customization options."
"Odoo is flexible and serves us quite well. Its interface has improved."
"The solution is easy to use."
"Odoo is user-friendly. It's the first solution we tried, so we find it easy to use."
"Odoo is a cost-effective tool for performing core ERP functions, such as inventory management. It's also good for manufacturing use cases."
"Being open source, it is more affordable compared to alternatives like Oracle or SAP, and I appreciate how easy it is to customize with the available sources."
"I like the helpdesk module, and I like the simplicity of integration among their modules. All the modules are very well integrated, and you can move among the modules in an easy way."
"With payroll, the payroll that they have offers US or Canadian tax. However, here, our tax payments are different from the US and Canada. It is very difficult to put in our tax tables. We need some customization. It should be readily available for any country to use according to their tax implications. The system should know different types of tax regimes around the world so that it can accommodate. It's a little bit rigid on that."
"As for room for improvement, they have different modules, project and analytical accounting, but it will be good to have that kind of part in the standard package. To have that additional reporting functionality where you can add an attribute or something, which you can report again. So you can analyze the cost by not just natural accounts but also by a project, without having to go through another module edit on top and then the other module edit on top. The more modules you add, sometimes it doesn't work that well. Additionally, it would be easier to have the solution on the cloud. That's our consideration. We are trying to move all our systems to the cloud, and GP is one of them that we are going to move in the next couple of years. I would rate the solution seven or seven point five out of ten."
"Dynamics GP could be improved in terms of its usability and modernization."
"Initially, we encountered challenges, particularly with users transitioning from their previous applications."
"It still can be improved in web-based and build reporting. "
"The issue we're encountering is that it's primarily designed for independent installations and not initially structured as a cloud-based solution, which has led to challenges with connectivity."
"What could be improved is the functionality of Dynamics GP because it requires a lot of development by the programmers and the company in order to integrate into a solution."
"This is now a legacy product, so they're phasing it out over time."
"There is room for improvement in Odoo, especially in enhancing its reporting capabilities."
"The performance can be slightly improved for the customization interface."
"Odoo could be better integrated with our warehouse management system."
"The reporting and the interface could definitely be better."
"It has been difficult to adapt to continuous changes, you have to understand what is new and what is changing in less than twelve months. You can take advantage of the new features, but you have to research them to be able to implement them."
"The solution should improve its performance."
"Currently, the regional office is in Dubai, and I believe it would be beneficial to establish a regional office in Pakistan to enhance support and accessibility for users in our country."
"Odoo lacks a complete dashboard, and the reports are basic. The reporting could be improved by adding some graphics."
