ROI

Sentiment score
6.7
HubSpot CRM boosts lead generation and revenue, with varying ROI and valued for efficiency, automation, and data security.
Sentiment score
7.3
HubSpot Marketing Hub offers significant ROI potential through campaign tracking and email optimization, enhancing efficiency even with minimal staff.
We set up every email so that 20% goes out with version A, 20% goes out with version B, and then it will on its own decide the winner and send the remaining 60% to whichever one is the winner.
From my personal experience, just having one or two people working on HubSpot Marketing Hub compared to other organizations I've been in that have multiple people definitely provides ROI.

Customer Service

Sentiment score
7.3
Users commend HubSpot CRM's timely support, though improvements like live agents and self-help access are needed for some.
Sentiment score
7.0
HubSpot Marketing Hub support is praised for responsiveness but some users find answers generic and desire more self-help resources.
Many users give it only a couple of minutes before moving on, so there should be ways for quick, direct access and follow-up, which is currently somewhat challenging.
HubSpot's customer service is excellent and fast.
There is always an account rep that's available, and there is a technical account rep that is available for every account.
There's also a really great academy that I use often, both for my own education and as kind of a starting point for any new employees that I hire to make sure that they're up to speed.
Frequently, support is unable to provide meaningful solutions or directions.

Scalability Issues

Sentiment score
7.3
HubSpot CRM is scalable for all company sizes, but some prefer pairing it with Salesforce for enhanced capabilities.
Sentiment score
7.1
HubSpot Marketing Hub efficiently supports business scalability despite cost concerns, with users noting email deliverability and integration challenges.
Handling around 100 to 150 users is fine.
There are a lot of enterprises using it, however, even as a GTM for HubSpot, their target market is predominantly SMB.

Stability Issues

Sentiment score
8.5
Users praise HubSpot CRM for its stability, reliability, and strong performance, despite occasional minor delays in operations.
Sentiment score
7.3
HubSpot Marketing Hub offers reliable performance, minor glitches, and responsive support, with occasional stability concerns reported by users.
There are instances when services are down, affecting emails or report production.

Room For Improvement

HubSpot CRM needs improvements in customization, pricing, integration, UI, mobile app, support, automation, scalability, and subscription features.
HubSpot Marketing Hub needs improvements in analytics, automation, integration, and user interface, while addressing high costs and complexity.
HubSpot should establish some pre-deployable packages that, when contracted, offer basic functionality.
A better CRM can be achieved by providing more customization features.
The response time is slow.
There is a discrepancy between how emails look in the HubSpot Marketing Hub preview inbox and how they appear when a test email is sent.
It would be better if it had a better way of creating user profiles where I can easily see who has data access to what and why.

Setup Cost

HubSpot CRM offers mid-range pricing with modular options but is criticized for limited advanced features and perceived high cost.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is cost-effective for enterprises, offering valued content marketing features with flexible pricing tailored to business needs.

Valuable Features

HubSpot CRM is valued for its user-friendly design, seamless integrations, automation, customizable workflows, scalable features, and real-time reporting.
HubSpot Marketing Hub offers intuitive marketing automation with CRM integration, customizable templates, and comprehensive analytics for streamlined operations.
HubSpot stands out for its ease of use, especially with sequence creation compared to other CRM solutions.
The feature that I find valuable is the customer 360-degree view and the marketing automation.
The integration is very good, especially with Adobe and Google.
The platform allows straightforward segmentation of lists based on criteria like job title and interests, making email targeting precise and effective.
When discussing campaign performances or strategic planning, it's easy to very quickly pull up the data and display it in an easily digestible form to help make my point and make more data-driven decisions.

Effortlessly manage relationships with seamless contact data integration
The primary area to improve is creating deployable packages. When I buy into HubSpot, I have a list of checks, however, I am left to figure out how to use it. I start with a budget, and it's just a persistent sales demand. HubSpot should establish some pre-deployable packages that, when contracted, offer basic functionality. It is important to be clear about what it doesn't provide or what else is needed. I can outfit myself with my own tools or other options as I evaluate the board. They are building businesses for themselves. However, there's always a limiting function encountered. Understanding limitations upon entry would be beneficial so I don't constantly stumble upon unknown constraints. A package covering everything in a particular area without requiring the entire purchase would be excellent.

Useful for drip campaigns, social media, and marketing automation
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for various tasks. It's easy to use and adaptable. After a little training, anyone can handle it efficiently. We use it for drip campaigns, social media, and marketing automation. We're not fully using marketing automation yet for smart content. I like the drag-and-drop feature for editing images and content in email templates. I don't need a developer to create designs. I can quickly test how emails look on different devices.4 The tool has built-in tools for creating marketing automation flows. I don't need other tools for this. The interface has improved, with dropdowns now on the left side toolbar. It's easier to use and access. Reporting is faster now. I can get lists in my Gmail within minutes. Creating properties and automation for smart content is easier, too. I can use smart tokens in subject lines now, which is impressive.
