The best features HootSuite offers include reporting, planning and calendaring, creating content natively in the platform, an all-in-one platform, scheduling, and analyzing. All the features bring value to my team and to my organization. Starting with scheduling, social media content in advance and publishing across different social media channels helps to reach out to a lot of customers. Analyzing soft metrics across channels to build my social media strategy is crucial. Also, with reporting, I am able to pull accurate and concise data points on my channels, and crafting content natively in the platform is valuable. HootSuite has positively impacted my organization, with increased online giving, increased online revenue, and increased sales engagement. Through this platform, my followers have grown by 32%, and I have gone from posting less than once per week to at least two to three times per week. Engagement has increased by more than 2,000% since last month and even more since the beginning of the implementation.

Sprout Social could be improved in several areas. The user interface could be more user-friendly and intuitive for new users. Additionally, it is difficult to customize reports the way I want them to be. What Sprout Social will need to earn a perfect score from me is an improvement in the user interface to be more user-friendly. The reason I rated it a nine out of ten is that it has helped us organize, measure, and improve the return on investment of our social efforts. It helped us analyze our user base and adjust our targeting techniques based on who was interacting with our posts on different platforms.
