I wish the ability to tag other Facebook pages was a reality with Sprout Social. I think a partnership with unavailable platforms like Nextdoor would be a great improvement for my experience with Sprout Social.
Sprout Social can be improved because the user experience of having hundreds of channels to navigate can be quite fiddly, especially when trying to bulk post.I would appreciate improvement on the ability to find and analyze content from competitors.
I sometimes find it difficult to drill down into deeper analytics when using Sprout Social. There are not enough analytics outside of the traditional followers, retweets, and reach that could make Sprout Social better.

Additionally, it is difficult to customize reports the way I want them to be. What Sprout Social will need to earn a perfect score from me is an improvement in the user interface to be more user-friendly. The reason I rated it a nine out of ten is that it has helped us organize, measure, and improve the return on investment of our social efforts. It helped us analyze our user base and adjust our targeting techniques based on who was interacting with our posts on different platforms.
